COVID-19 Customer Statement

SAI Global Assurance continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. We are committed to keeping our clients and colleagues healthy and safe.

As a global organization we have implemented several preventive measures as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as a number of regulatory bodies. We have communicated these preventive measures to our auditors, consultants and trainers, as well as any staff visiting clients.

As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads, SAI Global Assurance is committed to helping our clients minimize the impact to business operations during this pandemic event. Our objective is to help both our clients and our auditors navigate this rapidly changing environment by remaining innovative, flexible and understanding as we rise to the challenge of COVID-19.

We will continue to communicate with the accreditation bodies to understand how we may service our certified clients with flexibility and help to protect your certification, as well as monitor the latest guidance from the World Health Organization and other public health authorities around the world.
