Starting his career as a chef in London, he developed a keen interest in food safety, deciding to pursue a career in that industry. Andrew has a BSC Honors Degree in Food Science in the UK, has worked as a Product Development Technologist, managed Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Regulatory and Consumer Affairs teams in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
